We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team, helping to keep goods moving smoothly and safely from delivery to dispatch.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, being part of a team, and keeping things organised.
Responsibilities
Goods In & Stock Handling
- Receiving deliveries and checking goods against paperwork
- Putting stock away in the correct locations
- Keeping stock organised, labelled, rotated and stored safely
- Reporting any shortages or issues to your manager
Picking & Dispatch
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery
- Ensuring goods are packed safely and clearly labelled
- Replenishing picking locations when needed
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintaining good housekeeping and a safe working environment
- Handling stock carefully and following Health & Safety procedures
- Completing basic paperwork accurately
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
What we’re looking for
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to follow processes and safety guidelines
- Flexible and willing to help where needed
- Forklift licence is an advantage, but training & certification can be provided
